These terms apply when you use printpress.online or order from us. By placing an order, you agree to them. "PrintPress", "we" and "us" mean PrintPress, operated by Design Waves (Pvt) Ltd, Sri Lanka. "You" means the person or business that uses the site or places the order.
1. Using the website
- You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
- The information you give us (name, phone, email, address) must be correct, so we can contact you and deliver your order.
- Do not misuse the site, try to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful.
2. Products and prices
- Prices are shown in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR) for one item and depend on the options you choose (size, paper, printing, finish and quantity). The total is shown before you pay.
- Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
- We may change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown when you placed the order.
- If a price is shown wrongly because of an obvious error, we will contact you before printing. You can pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
- Colours on screen can differ slightly from printed colours, and paper and card can vary slightly between batches.
3. Ordering and payment
- Your order is accepted once your payment is confirmed. We will send an order confirmation by email.
- Payments are made securely through PayHere. We never see or store your full card details.
- We may refuse or cancel an order, with a full refund, if we cannot print it or if the content breaks section 4.
4. Your artwork and content
- You are responsible for the text, images, logos and designs you send us, including spelling, phone numbers and other details.
- You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything you send. You must not send content that copies someone else's trademark or copyright, or that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.
- If we design artwork for you, you may use it for the printed order. The final design belongs to you once you have paid for the design.
- We keep your files only as long as needed to complete your order and any reprints.
5. Proofs
- Before printing, we send a digital proof for your approval. Please check it carefully.
- Once you approve a proof, we print exactly what was approved. We are not responsible for mistakes in an approved proof.
- Printing starts only after you approve the proof. If we do not hear from you within 3 days of sending the proof, we may cancel the order. The payment is not refunded, but you can use it as credit for a new order within 3 months of the cancellation.
6. Production and delivery
- Production usually takes 3–5 working days after proof approval. Times are estimates and can be longer for large orders or at busy times.
- You can collect your order or have it delivered to your address, as chosen at checkout. Delivery is by our own staff or a courier.
- Please check your order when you receive it. Report any missing or damaged items within 24 hours of receiving it, with photos where possible.
7. Cancellations, reprints and refunds
- No cancellation after payment: every order is custom made to your specifications. Once payment has been made, an order cannot be cancelled, and no refund or exchange is given for a change of mind, an incorrect choice of product or options, or a change in your requirements.
- Before you pay: please check your product, options, quantities and artwork carefully. You can change or remove items freely until payment is made.
- Our mistake: if your order has a printing defect, is damaged, or does not match the approved proof, and you tell us within 24 hours of receiving it, we will reprint it free of charge or refund you, at your choice. Errors in content you approved on the proof are not treated as defects.
- If we cannot complete your order: we will refund you in full.
- Refunds are paid to the card or account you paid with, through PayHere. They can take 7–14 working days to reach you.
- These terms do not affect your rights under the Consumer Affairs Authority Act and other Sri Lankan consumer law.
8. Our responsibility
- We print with care, but we are not responsible for losses caused by mistakes in content you supplied or approved, or by delays outside our control (for example courier delays, power failures or natural disasters).
- Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law.
9. Website content
- The PrintPress name, logo, product photos and website content belong to us. Do not copy them without our permission.
10. Changes to these terms
- We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
11. Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Sri Lanka.
