We collect only the information needed to take, print and deliver your order, and we never sell it. This statement explains what we collect, why, and your choices. PrintPress is operated by Design Waves (Pvt) Ltd, Sri Lanka, which is responsible for your personal data.

2. How we use it
- To process, print, deliver and support your order.
- To send order confirmations, proofs, invoices and order updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
- To keep accounting and tax records, as the law requires.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
- To send offers or news only if you agree to it. You can stop these at any time.
3. Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that help us complete your order:
- PayHere: to take your payment securely.
- Couriers or our delivery staff: your name, phone and address, to deliver your order.
- Authorities: only when the law requires it.
Some of these providers may store data on servers outside Sri Lanka. We use providers that protect it properly.
4. How long we keep it
- Order, invoice and payment records: 6 years, for accounting and tax purposes.
- Artwork and design files: 12 months after your order, so we can reprint if you ask. Tell us if you want them deleted sooner.
- Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe.
5. Cookies
- We use essential cookies to keep your cart and checkout working and to keep the site secure. The site does not work properly without them.
- With your consent, we also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and the Facebook (Meta) Pixel to measure our Facebook ads and show relevant ads to people who visited the site. These services may collect your IP address, device and browser details, and the pages you visit. You can accept or decline these cookies when you first visit, change your choice at any time, or block them in your browser settings.
6. Keeping it safe
- The site uses a secure (HTTPS) connection, and payments are processed by PayHere.
- Only staff who need your information to complete your order can see it.
7. Your rights
Under Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022, you can ask us to:
- show you the personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your information, unless we must keep it by law;
- stop using it for marketing, or withdraw a consent you gave.
Email info@printpress.online and we will reply within 3 working days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Authority of Sri Lanka.
8. Children
- The site is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes
- We may update this statement. The date at the top shows the latest version.
